This newly renovated 3 bedroom loft has all the amenities you could ask for- great natural light, full kitchen with island, large living room, laundry room, TV's in each bedroom, and a rear deck. Just bring yourself, your gear, and a sense of adventure; and you're ready for a great stay in Roanoke. NO SMOKING.
The property is a 2 story building. Upper Loft is on the 2nd floor (2 story walk up with no elevator). Listed nightly base price is for up to 2 adult guests. For additional guests there is a $15 per night per guest charge up to max of 6 adult guests. List all guests when you book and update guest numbers if they change. NO HOUSE PARTIES OR EVENTS. QUIET TIME AT 10 PM. Please be respectful of guests that may be downstairs as well as the neighbors that live in the residential building in the rear and do not make loud noises after 10 PM.
Each bedroom has its own LED TV and there is a large LED TV in the family room. You can stream Netflix, HBO, HULU, Amazon and more (please note we do not provide streaming accounts, you will be required to use your own).

We offer basics like ground coffee from a local coffee shop and an electric drip coffee maker and coffee filters; salt and pepper and cooking oil.
Pets are allowed but there is a $50 charge per Pet, per day. The maximum we will charge no matter the length of stay is a $100 Pet Fee.
Please note to take your dog off of our property for it to relieve itself. There is a dog walk greenway area next to Campbell Garage with a stand with Mutt Mitts and a trash can for poop bags.

The entire 2nd floor is the Upper Loft which is yours to enjoy.
Located in Roanoke's up and coming "West End" neighborhood. This area was once a light manufacturing and warehouse center, with automotive showrooms and railroad facilities. But over the past 20 years it has been transformed into an exciting area to live, work and play. Great restaurants, breweries, and entertainment venues are all within walking distance or a short Uber or Lyft ride away.
You can walk most anywhere in downtown Roanoke from here. The space is in the West End neighborhood of downtown which is only a half mile from Center in the Square or the Market Building in central downtown (an 11 minute walk or a 5 minute or so drive) . If you want to venture out further, a short Uber ride will get you there. Electric scooters (Lime, Bird, etc) are plentiful in downtown also! It's only a 15 minute drive to Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport.
Free parking is all on city streets and subject to daily restrictions. There are pay to park options in a Premier Parking surface parking lot across the street on Salem Ave or in near by Campbell Parking garage ($8.00 max per day).

Plenty of seating including the very comfortable and stylish sofa and two very comfortable swivel arm chairs.
Dining table for 6 with a long bench and 3 dining chairs for seating flexibility.
All bedrooms have live wood edge floating night tables. Lamps have a USB plug in option. Beds all have extremely comfortable 12 inch memory foam mattresses. All bedroom closets have closet storage organizer with drawers and rods with hangers.

The upper deck is for your use exclusively. There is a bistro table and two chairs. The stairs are for you to use to take trash and recycling down to the proper receptacles that are in the courtyard. The courtyard is for the first floor guests.
The upper deck on the rear of the Upper Loft has a bistro table and two chairs, affording a nice view of downtown and a great place sit and relax.
Once you enter the private door from Salem Avenue this is the private set of stairs you use to gain entry into the Upper Loft. This is a 2nd floor walk up and there is no elevator on the property.
Each of the two bathrooms has a walk in shower with tile walls and tile floor as well as a supply of wall mounted body gel, hair shampoo and hair conditioner.
This is an interior view of the rear of Upper Loft that shows the back door from which you step down 2 steps onto the rear deck. You can also see the laundry room which has the stacked washer and dryer and an iron and ironing board too!
The Upper Loft features nice live wood edge surfaces as well as granite counter tops in the kitchen. This live wood edge top is located next to the built- in storage next to the front door. Great place to hang your coat and store your gear.
