This is a one-bedroom loft apartment located close to downtown Roanoke. It is newly renovated with luxury furnishings from TXTUR furniture. The apartment is bright and sunny and features an elevated sleeping loft with kitchen and living space downstairs. It has it's own private entrance as well as dedicated parking and elevated patio access. Lots of nearby food and drink options like Tuco's Tacos, Beamer's 25, Golden Cactus Brewing, Big Lick Brewing and others are a short drive or bike away This is a two-story loft with the living room and kitchen on the lower level and the elevated sleeping loft with bathroom upstairs. Scenic views adorn the cozy upstairs bedroom. It features a full kitchen, washer dryer in the unit as well as TV, Fast Wifi, Keyless entry and comfortable linens. Guests have access to the second story deck for working or relaxing. Keyless Entry provides 24 hour check in. Door codes are provided with check-in instructions that are sent via text message. All our units are 100% self check in . You are a short drive (or a quick scooter or bike ride) from some of the best features of downtown, with quick access to the freeway and Salem.
