The actual apartment was very lovely. The logistics of checking in were less so. The biggest challenge - very limited check-in times, requiring an in-person meeting to get a key fob. Also to note that the entrance address is on the opposite side of the building. All other elements were as described, and the location is very good. A lovely unit.

One of the nicest Airbnb’s we have stayed in. Ideal location for downtown Roanoke although the primary entrance at the back of the building felt unsafe. The apartment was spacious, clean, up-to-date and comfortable. Big bathroom with a nice walk-in shower. A well appointed kitchen with everything you need especially if you enjoy cooking. Bed was very comfortable, plenty of closet space. Convenient also to have a washer and dryer. Our hosts were also super responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

It met expectations. As far as affordable and worth the money, absolutely not for 2400./mo. The hallways and elevator were dirty and trash would sit there for days. When I did call for something I never received a decent response. I would joke that Aaron was not a real person, just a name the company used as a figurehead. I not sure it was joke at this time.
The place was absolutely amazing!! Very central to and walkable to some great restaurants. Very clean and spacious. Host was extremely helpful and responsive. I would stay here again and again. Highly recommend staying here if coming to Roanoke
