All windows have black out cellular shades. Full bathroom has a tile walk-in shower and great built- in storage cubbies. There is also a separate walk in closet with built-in shelves, rods and drawers. The apartment is on the second floor of the detached garage in the rear of the property.

February 2025 5.00Super clean and comfortable. Had everything I needed for my 5 week stay and this unit is the perfect size for 1-2 people. Lots of coffee shops & restaurants within walking distance as well which was a huge plus. I'd recommend this place to anyone staying in Roanoke!

November 2024 5.00This is a wonderful apartment in downtown Roanoke! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location is very convenient if you are working at a nearby hospital or want to visit downtown Roanoke. The apartment everything you need and the hosts are very responsive to any issues that arise.

April 2024 5.00I enjoyed staying at Matt & Catherine's studio apartment. It was the perfect size, well laid out, and felt very home like for my 13 week stay. It was walkable to downtown (10 minutes), close to many hiking spots, and the hospital (if your a travel nurse :)). I highly recommend this place!
