This is a studio apartment located close to downtown Roanoke. It is newly renovated with luxury furnishings from TXTUR furniture. The apartment is bright and sunny and features a full-size murphy bed for sleeping and fully stocked kitchen as well as in-unit washer and dryer. Lots of nearby food and drink options like Tuco's Tacos, Beamer's 25, Golden Cactus Brewing, Big Lick Brewing and others are a short drive or bike ride away. This is a newly remodeled 1 bedroom apartment with queen bed and full bath. It features a full kitchen, washer dryer in the unit as well as TV, Fast Wifi, Keyless entry and comfortable linens. Guests have access to the second story deck for working or relaxing. The historic building and luxury furnishings are sure to provide a comfortable stay. Keyless entry provides 24 hour check in. Check in instructions are sent via text message to the number on your account. All our units are 100% self check in. The west end of Roanoke is experiencing a renaissance with new restaurants, breweries, and renovations that allow both visitors and residents to experience the best of downtown Roanoke. You are a short drive (or a quick scooter or bike ride) from some of the best features of downtown, with quick access to the freeway and Salem. Free parking is provided on-site. Uber / Lyft / e-scooters are all available for hire. We operate under the business name Stay Roanoke. This unit requires you to climb 1 set of stairs to gain entry. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. Please note the age of this building means thinner walls and creaky floors. Please have respect for your fellow guests and refrain from loud noises during quiet hours. Security deposit of $1000 required on all 30+ day reservations. Please message us for details. We require all guests to sign a rental agreement prior to check in. This document will be sent over SMS text messaging to the number you have on file with your booking agency. The building is located about 15 minutes from the Roanoke Airport, 1 hour from Virginia Tech University, 5 minutes to Roanoke Memorial Hospital, and 10 minutes from Roanoke Community Hospital.

March 2025 5.00We enjoyed staying at Aaron's place! It was private, easily accessible, with plenty of free parking. Weather was slightly cold/rainy so we didn't walk but easily could have walked to one of the local breweries nearby. Space is small but cozy for two people.
